Gabrielle and Brian's love story began like all the other great love stories, with a DM and a kidnapping on a boat, naturally. After seeing a photo of Gabrielle out on the town with his cousin, Brian DM'ed Gabrielle and introduced himself. They chatted through messages and bonded over their love of the ocean and all things Octopus. It was only a few days before Brian had asked Gabrielle out on a date. When the day arrived, Gabrielle expected a few drinks followed by a nice boat ride on that beautiful August day...now if the date had actually gone that way, this story wouldn't be that much fun. Drinks by the water at Prime as expected, turned into a boat ride with Captain Matt. On the way out to the mooring Gabrielle asked Brian who they were meeting out in the harbor, to which he replied "umm, maybe a few friends.... and my parents." Not only was it Brians parents, but all of their closest friends and an uncle and aunt. Keep in mind this was 3 hours into their first date! What a night it was! Filled with dancing, laughing and a first kiss. A few too many drinks and Captain declared we were sleeping out on the mooring. (Hence the kidnapping) Gabrielle's best friend Amanda woke up to a text of Gabrielle's location (in the middle of the water) with an "SOS please let the dog out again." When Gabrielle (finally) got back on land, she called Amanda and said that she had the most amazing night and if Brian didn't call her she'd be devastated. Only a few hours later Brian asked Gabrielle to meet him at a family party that night (please note this included the entire extended family). Amanda promptly threw Gabrielle out of her house to meet him...and the rest is history.

Gabrielle fell in love with Brians charisma, charm and enthusiasm for his passions like cooking and fishing. Since day 1 Brian has made every day an adventure.
Besides vacations, trips and destinations, Brian always keeps Gabrielle guessing. She is adamant that not one day goes by that is 'normal' and there is always something new. A new recipe, a new song, a piece of DJ equipment, a hobby to explore and she wouldn't want it any other way. Brian makes life fun and Gabrielle says that Brian has been her favorite adventure and always looks forward to the next surprise.

Brian fell in love with Gabrielle's blue eyes, golden skin and "mediterranean" like beauty. She is humble, smart and very caring for others but also has a spunky wild side to her that is infectious. Gabrielle also has a very calm and patient demeanor to her that balances Brian's personality perfectly; like that extraordinary glass of Cabernet that balances out your 32oz T-Bone. Brian says that Gabrielle's beauty, devotion & unselfishness brings out the best in him and it shows in their adventurous, playful, loyal personalities. Gabrielle has committed to always letting Brian spend time Fishing with his Family & Friends as long as he "Doesn't Come Home without Fish". He graciously accepts that challenge even if it means staying out for 8+ hours! She can always count on him to make a spectacular dish of Sashimi, Ceviche, livornese or her favorite, Fish sauté.

Brian and Gabrielle have a deep understanding for one another which is deeply tied to their families roots, values and common beliefs in Love & Faith. Their love extends beyond each other to their families & their "Family" of friends they have created. It's what brings them most joy. They are extremely grateful for that and looking forward to the years to come as they unite as one.
